Business Development Manager

About the role

Build and manage a network of channel partners, agents, and institutional tie-ups to grow Aieraa's student enrolment across India.

What you'll do

  • Identify and onboard education agents and franchise partners
  • Conduct outreach to schools, coaching institutes, and colleges
  • Represent Aieraa at education fairs and events
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and manage relationships
  • Report pipeline and conversion metrics to leadership

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or education sector business development
  • Strong network in the education or medical sector preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within India
