Business Development Manager
About the role
Build and manage a network of channel partners, agents, and institutional tie-ups to grow Aieraa's student enrolment across India.
What you'll do
- Identify and onboard education agents and franchise partners
- Conduct outreach to schools, coaching institutes, and colleges
- Represent Aieraa at education fairs and events
- Negotiate partnership agreements and manage relationships
- Report pipeline and conversion metrics to leadership
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B sales or education sector business development
- Strong network in the education or medical sector preferred
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel within India
