Telecalling and regular following up with the students/parents.
Conduct one-on-one counselling with students and parents.
Guide students and their parents through the entire study abroad application process.
Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided.
Education follow-up with the student, resolution of student queries and handling the enrollments.
Responsible to handle all queries related to admissions and is able to convert queries into admissions proactively.
Provide information on scholarships and financial aid options.
