With the purpose of promoting the medicine program and recruiting international students in high schools in India, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy had a visit and worked with the partners in India from July 2nd, 2023 to July 10th, 2023 with the attending of Assoc. Prof. NGUYEN Trung Kien, Rector; Assoc.Prof. NGUYEN Van Lam, Vice Rector; and the representatives of affiliated faculties, and offices.
During the business trip, the delegation from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy and partners in India participated in events to consult for high school students in some cities in India: Chennai, Trichy, Ahmedabad, Trivandrum, Delhi, etc., who have the attention to Medicine Program. On this occasion, the delegation from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy also visited and discuss with some universities and hospitals in India about the corporation’s potential.
Besides, the delegation from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy had a visit to The Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, New Delhi, India, represented by Mr Nguyen Thanh Hai, to discuss the potential of connecting the training program between Viet Nam and India.
