A MoU was signed between Aieraa Overseas Studies (India) and HongBang International University (Vietnam) on 1st July, 2021. According to the contract, the two nations collaborated to promote Indo-Vietnamese education and strengthen the ties between the two countries. It will ensure medical education and training of Indian medical aspirants at the prestigious Vietnam’s medical university (HIU). This will open more opportunities for the fellow Indian students aiming to pursue their dream in medicine.
The contract authorised HongBang International University as the only medical institution in Vietnam to allow Indian students as well as students from other Asian countries to study MBBS and other course programs in medicine beginning from academic year 2021-22. The students would be exclusively selected by Aieraa Overseas Studies on three basic criterias i.e they should be good in academics, in good health as well as well versed with the local Vietnamese language. The students, thus selected, will be provided admission at HIU for pursuing medical education and gain advanced medical knowledge and training at the recognised international medical university.

The Indian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, Mr. Madan Mohan Sethi, Dr. Thai Ba Can – Deputy General Director of Nguyen Hoang Group and Ambassador Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of Vietnam in India, Mr. Pham Sanh Chau also attended the ceremony.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal of HIU, Dr. M D Pham Van Linh acknowledged the work of Aieraa Overseas Studies and promised full cooperation by HIU for growing medical education in Vietnam for Indian students. On behalf of Aieraa Overseas Studies, Ms Deepa R appreciated the team of HIU for their support in working towards the goal of providing medical education to our Indian medical aspirants.
