A MoU was signed between Aieraa Overseas Studies (India) and Duy Tan University (Vietnam) on 7th May, 2022. The agreement said that the two countries worked together to advance Indo-Vietnamese education and deepen bilateral relations. It will guarantee that Indian medical aspirants receive medical education and training at the famous medical university in Vietnam (Duy Tan University). This would increase the options available to the Indian students who want to pursue careers in medicine.
The following dignitaries were present during the signing ceremony
- Mr. Nguyen Luong Duc. – Economic and Political Attaché of the Vietnamese Embassy in India and
- Representatives of Aieraa Overseas Studies Company, Ms. Deepa Ranganathan – Managing Director.
- On the side of Duy Tan University, there was the presence of People’s Center.
- Assoc. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh – Vice Rector, Rector of School of Medicine and Pharmacy.
- Dr. Nguyen Huu Phu – Vice Rector
- Dr. BS. Hoang Ha – Vice Rector of School of Medicine and Pharmacy.
- Dr. BS. Dinh Dao – Head of General Department of School of Medicine and Pharmacy.
- Dr. BS. Nguyen Minh Duc – Director of International Medical Training Center.
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyen Thi – Deputy Head of International Relations Department
- The teachers and students interested in attending were also allowed.
Duy Tan University Vietnam is the first and the largest, multidisciplinary private university of Vietnam located in the heart of sunny Da Nang, on the Pacific Ocean. Due to its outstanding efforts, Duy Tan University has improved education and training over the course of approximately 28 years. 2,600 students have registered for the university’s 5 postgraduate and 16 graduate courses, 70,000 for its 23 undergraduate and associate degree programmes, and 1,400 for its vocational programmes.
To collaborate with one of the largest universities of Vietnam for medical education of Indian students is a proud moment for Aieraa Overseas Studies and we wish to collaborate with more such medical universities of Vietnam in the near future. It will not only be beneficial for the welfare of Indian medical aspirants but also give a boost to the economy of Vietnam.
